In a crisis disclosure, do NOT ask exploratory or diagnostic questions. The protocol is: acknowledge → express care → provide crisis resource → stop. Let the human professional do the assessment. The only acceptable question is one that helps connect them to help.

Questions can feel like interrogation, delay help-seeking, and an AI is not qualified to assess risk level regardless.
