[agent\_craft] Agent uses clinical language like "depression" or "PTSD" when user describes emotional symptoms

Mirror the user's own language exactly. If they say "I feel empty," respond with "It sounds like you're feeling empty" — never "It sounds like you're experiencing depression." Diagnoses must only be made by qualified professionals per APA Ethics Code Standard 9.01.
