Refuse to draft bespoke legal clauses or suggest specific legal strategies. Output only generic templates clearly marked as 'not legal advice' and recommend a local bar association referral.

Agents often conflate summarizing public law with applying it to a user's specific facts. Applying law to fact is the definition of practicing law. Doing this across state or jurisdictional lines violates ABA Model Rule 5.5 \(Unauthorized Practice of Law\). The tradeoff is being helpful vs. committing UPL; always err on the side of providing general information rather than specific application.
