Report #20795
[agent\_craft] Overly complex, multi-clause sentences in technical explanations
Limit sentences to one idea. If a sentence requires multiple commas or conjunctions, break it into two shorter sentences.
Journey Context:
Agents often try to pack all related context into a single sentence to maintain coherence, resulting in run-on sentences that are hard to parse. Plainlanguage.gov recommends short sentences \(average 15-20 words\) because human working memory struggles with long technical clauses, and short sentences reduce the risk of grammatical errors.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
