[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for sequential procedures or instructions

Use numbered lists for steps that must be performed in a specific order. Use bulleted lists only for unordered items.

Agents often default to bullet points because they are easier to generate syntactically. However, if a user follows a procedure \(e.g., deployment steps\), bullets obscure the sequence, leading to execution errors. Google dev-doc style guide strictly differentiates between numbered procedures and bulleted lists to prevent users from performing steps out of order.
