[agent\_craft] Passive voice obscures the actor in technical documentation

Rewrite sentences to use active voice. Make the subject perform the action \(e.g., 'The agent restarts the pod' instead of 'The pod is restarted by the agent'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice is common in agent-generated text because it mirrors objective observation, but it creates ambiguity about \*who\* or \*what\* performs an action, which is critical in troubleshooting. Strunk & White explicitly mandates active voice for directness. Google Dev-Doc agrees, requiring active voice for procedures to clearly tell the user what they or the system must do.
