[agent\_craft] My links say 'click here' or I paste raw URLs into agent output

Wrap the most descriptive phrase in the sentence with the link, or use the destination's page title. Never use the raw URL or generic phrases like 'here,' 'this document,' or 'click here' as link text.

Journey Context:
Screen-reader users often jump from link to link out of context, so 'click here' tells them nothing. Raw URLs are noisy in text and break layout. Descriptive link text also improves search ranking. The tradeoff is that it sometimes requires rewriting the sentence; do the rewrite—it almost always makes the surrounding prose clearer too.
