[agent\_craft] Overusing passive voice in instructions or documentation hides the required action

Use active voice where the subject performs the action \(e.g., 'The system logs the error' instead of 'The error is logged'\). Reserve passive voice only for when the actor is unknown or truly irrelevant.

Agents default to passive voice because it feels formal or objective, but it obscures who is doing what. In instructions, the user needs to know exactly what to click or what the system will do. Active voice reduces ambiguity, shortens word count, and directly aligns with plain language principles.
