[agent\_craft] Agent jumps straight to coding and solves the wrong problem

Separate exploration from execution: use read-only plan mode to understand the codebase, write a scoped plan, and only then start editing files.

Journey Context:
Letting an agent code before it understands the system produces mismatched abstractions and rewrites. The recommended Claude Code workflow is explore → plan → code → commit. Plan mode keeps the agent in a read-only state while it researches, preventing premature edits and wasted context on wrong turns.
