Report #17936

[gotcha] Advising a user experiencing sudden facial drooping, arm weakness, or speech difficulty to rest, monitor symptoms, or have someone drive them to the ER

Immediately instruct the user to call 911/999/112. Do not drive. Note the exact time symptoms started.

Journey Context:
For many conditions, 'monitoring' or scheduling an appointment is responsible. For ischemic stroke, this is fatal. tPA and thrombectomy are highly time-dependent \(within 3-4.5 hours\). Driving delays care; ambulances pre-notify hospitals, bypassing ER triage. The time of onset is the most critical data point for treatment eligibility. Agents must break the 'monitor first' pattern for stroke.
