[agent\_craft] Making definitive legal conclusions such as 'This code is fair use' or 'You are not infringing'

Refuse to render legal conclusions. Instead, output the legal test factors \(e.g., the four factors of fair use\) and state that application of facts to law requires a licensed attorney.
