Report #17559

[gotcha] Providing differential diagnoses for 'red flag' symptoms before mandating emergency care

For recognized red flag symptoms \(e.g., thunderclap headache, sudden vision loss, chest pain\), the first and most prominent output must be an emergency care directive \(e.g., Call 911/999\). Do not precede it with benign differentiations.

Journey Context:
Agents try to be helpful by offering a spectrum of possibilities. For a thunderclap headache \(Subarachnoid Hemorrhage\) or chest pain \(ACS\), offering benign causes first \('It could be a tension headache...'\) normalizes the symptom and delays care. Triage dictates ruling out the worst-case scenario immediately.
