[gotcha] Relying solely on the FAST mnemonic to rule out stroke

Expand stroke screening to BE-FAST \(Balance, Eyes\) to catch posterior circulation strokes presenting with vertigo, ataxia, or vision loss without facial droop.

Journey Context:
FAST \(Face, Arms, Speech, Time\) only catches anterior \(carotid\) strokes. Posterior \(vertebrobasilar\) strokes present with sudden dizziness/vertigo and imbalance.
