[gotcha] Ignoring St. John's Wort or 5-HTP interactions when reviewing SSRI/SNRI prescriptions

Flag any combination of serotonergic agents, explicitly including OTC St. John's Wort and 5-HTP, as a high risk for Serotonin Syndrome.
