[agent\_craft] Overuse of passive voice obscuring the actor in technical steps

Rewrite instructions using active voice. Name the system or user performing the action \(e.g., 'The API returns a token' instead of 'A token is returned by the API'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice is frequently used in technical writing because it sounds objective, but it obscures \*who\* or \*what\* performs the action, increasing cognitive load for the reader. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and directly tells the user what to expect. The only exception is when the system is the receiver of an error and the actor is the user, but even then, focusing on the system's state is usually clearer.
