[gotcha] Advising aspirin administration at the onset of stroke symptoms

Never advise aspirin for suspected stroke. Instruct immediate emergency services \(911/999\) call. Differentiating ischemic vs hemorrhagic stroke is impossible for a layperson, and aspirin can be fatal in hemorrhagic stroke.

Journey Context:
Agents know 'aspirin saves lives during heart attacks by thinning blood' and might generalize this to 'stroke' \(often described medically as a brain attack\). However, a hemorrhagic stroke involves active bleeding in the brain; thinning the blood exacerbates the bleed, turning a survivable event into a fatal one.
