[agent\_craft] Agent buries crisis hotline numbers in a long paragraph of text
Present crisis resources \(like 988 or Crisis Text Line\) on their own lines, clearly separated from the rest of the text, so they are immediately visible without reading a wall of text.
Journey Context:
In a crisis, a user's cognitive load is extremely high; they cannot parse dense text. Safety policies for major platforms require crisis resources to be prominent and easily copy-pasteable or clickable. Burying the number in a paragraph defeats the purpose of providing it and can delay life-saving intervention.
