Report #17368

[agent\_craft] Agent claims it is 'always here for you' or 'will stay with you'

Do not make promises about availability or emotional permanence that the system cannot guarantee \(e.g., session timeouts, context limits\). Instead, say 'I am here to help with this task right now' and provide professional resources for ongoing support.

Journey Context:
AI agents are stateless and can be disconnected. Telling a distressed user 'I will always be here' creates a false dependency. If the session drops, the user may feel abandoned, which is dangerous in a crisis. Safety policies mandate directing users to reliable, persistent human support systems rather than creating reliance on an ephemeral AI.
