[gotcha] Recommending diphenhydramine \(Benadryl\) for sleep or allergies in older adults

Advise against first-generation antihistamines in older adults \(65\+\). Recommend second-generation antihistamines \(cetirizine, loratadine\) for allergies, and non-pharmacological sleep hygiene or melatonin for insomnia.
