[gotcha] Only triggering emergency warnings for classic male-pattern heart attack symptoms like crushing chest pain

Expand emergency red flags to include atypical symptoms common in women: extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, back/jaw pain. Treat these with the same urgency as chest pain.
