Report #16791
[agent\_craft] Commit or PR summaries just list changed files instead of intent
Structure summaries using What \(functional change\), Why \(motivation\), and Impact \(what breaks/affects\). Use imperative mood in the subject line.
Journey Context:
Agents often diff code and extract function names, but humans need the intent to review effectively. A list of files is redundant since git tracks that. Conventional Commits and standard git practices enforce intent-first communication to preserve institutional knowledge.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
