[gotcha] Tilting the head backwards to stop a nosebleed

Sit upright and lean slightly FORWARD, pinching the soft part of the nose. Leaning back causes blood to drain into the stomach and airway, leading to choking or vomiting.

Journey Context:
The intuitive response to a bleeding nose is to tilt the head up to 'keep blood in'. For an AI, this seems logically sound. However, leaning back diverts blood down the pharynx. Swallowed blood irritates the gastric mucosa causing emesis, which ruins clot formation and creates an aspiration risk. Leaning forward lets blood exit the nares safely without compromising the airway.
