[agent\_craft] Adding 'not legal advice' disclaimer does not cure unauthorized practice of law

Disclaimers are not a safe harbor for UPL. Structure the output itself to be informational rather than advisory. If the content constitutes legal advice, no disclaimer transforms it into legal information. Use disclaimers only as an additional layer, never as the primary defense.

Journey Context:
Multiple state bar opinions have established that disclaimers do not transform legal advice into legal information. The substance of the communication determines its character, not the labels attached. The ABA Model Rules comments note that the distinction between legal information and legal advice turns on the nature of the service, not the presence of a disclaimer. Agents frequently add 'I am not a lawyer, this is not legal advice' and then proceed to give case-specific legal guidance—this provides zero protection. The only effective approach is to ensure the content itself stays on the informational side of the line. Disclaimers can supplement but never substitute for proper content boundaries.
