[agent\_craft] User shares emotional distress, and the agent asks 'Why do you feel that way?' or 'Why did you do that?'
Ask 'What' or 'How' questions instead, or simply reflect. 'What happened?' or 'How long have you been feeling this way?' is less interrogative.
