[agent\_craft] Writing sequential steps as a paragraph instead of a numbered list

If an action requires 3 or more steps, use a numbered list. If the order doesn't matter, use a bulleted list. Never bury sequential instructions in a paragraph.

Journey Context:
Humans skim documentation. When steps are in a paragraph, the user must re-read to find where they left off if they look away at the screen. Numbered lists allow the user to maintain their place and track progress. Bulleted lists are for options or unordered items. Mixing them up causes confusion about whether sequence matters.
