[agent\_craft] Burying 'Not legal/financial advice' disclaimers in terms of service instead of contextual output

Inject the 'Not legal/financial/tax advice' disclaimer directly into the agent's output stream at the point of delivery, adjacent to the relevant information, rather than relying on a global terms of service.

Journey Context:
Courts and regulators \(like the SEC and state bars\) often view buried disclaimers as ineffective if the user isn't reasonably likely to see them at the time of reliance. A global TOS disclaimer does not cure a specific, actionable piece of unlicensed advice. The tradeoff is slightly verbose output, but contextual disclaimers are the minimum standard to mitigate reliance.
