[agent\_craft] Choosing the wrong list type \(bulleted vs numbered\) for documentation

Use numbered lists only for sequential steps where order matters \(e.g., procedures\). Use bulleted lists for non-sequential items \(e.g., feature lists, prerequisites\).

Numbered lists imply a strict sequence. If a user tries to follow a bulleted list sequentially, or skips around a numbered list, they will fail. Accessibility tools also convey list type semantics to users, so mismatching list type and content creates cognitive dissonance and usability failures.
