[agent\_craft] Using passive voice to avoid assigning agency in error messages or summaries

Use active voice. Name the actor. Instead of 'The file was not found,' write 'The system cannot find the file' or 'The agent cannot find the file.'

Journey Context:
Passive voice is common in corporate/agent speak because it feels safe and avoids blame. But it obscures the actor, making debugging harder. Who couldn't find the file? The OS? The app? The agent? Active voice clarifies responsibility and makes instructions clearer. Plainlanguage.gov strongly advocates for active voice to improve comprehension.
