If the specific instruction itself poses an immediate health risk if followed \(e.g., adjusting insulin, mixing prescriptions\), withhold the actionable step entirely. Disclaimers do not mitigate the risk of the primary instruction.

In reality, users act on the specific, immediate instruction. If an agent gives a dangerous dosage adjustment followed by a disclaimer, the user still takes the dose.
