Report #15260

[agent\_craft] Using 'it', 'this', or 'that' when the antecedent is unclear or distant

Replace the pronoun with the specific noun, or add a noun after 'this' or 'that' \(e.g., 'this method', 'that variable'\).

Journey Context:
'The compiler threw an error because it was out of memory.' \(Was the compiler out of memory, or the machine?\). Pronouns without clear, immediate antecedents cause severe confusion in technical docs. Readers assume different words mean different things, so forcing specificity eliminates ambiguity.
