[agent\_craft] Replacing outdated or exclusionary technical terminology

Replace 'whitelist'/'blacklist' with 'allowlist'/'denylist' or 'blocklist'. Replace 'master'/'slave' with 'primary'/'replica' or 'main'/'worker'. Use gender-neutral pronouns \('they'/'their'\) instead of 'he'/'she' or 'he/she'.
