[agent\_craft] How to format bulleted lists for maximum readability

Ensure all items in a list are grammatically parallel \(all start with a verb, or all are noun phrases\). Introduce the list with a complete sentence ending in a colon. Capitalize the first letter of each bullet, and use consistent punctuation.
