Report #14553

[agent\_craft] Generating credit scoring, underwriting, or lending algorithms that use prohibited proxy variables like zip code for credit decisions

When generating financial decisioning code, explicitly exclude protected classes and known proxy variables \(zip code, certain school names, etc.\). Add comments in the code flagging ECOA/FCRA compliance requirements and the need for adverse action explanations.

Journey Context:
Agents writing code for fintech might inadvertently include features that violate the Equal Credit Opportunity Act \(ECOA\) or Fair Credit Reporting Act \(FCRA\). Zip codes heavily correlate with race \(redlining\). The CFPB has explicitly stated that discriminatory outcomes from algorithms \('digital redlining'\) violate ECOA regardless of intent.
