Avoid terms like 'I will protect your interests,' 'My recommendation,' or 'Trust me.' Use disclaimers stating the AI does not owe a fiduciary duty and has conflicts of interest \(e.g., alignment with the platform provider\).

Under SEC fiduciary rules and Regulation Best Interest, registered advisors must act in the client's best interest. An AI cannot legally or practically assume this duty.
