[agent\_craft] Using numbered lists for items where order or sequence does not matter

Use bulleted lists for unordered items; reserve numbered lists strictly for sequential steps where the order of operations is required.

Journey Context:
Numbered lists inherently imply a sequence. Using them for options or features confuses the reader into thinking they must perform step 1 before step 2, when they actually only need to choose one. Bullets eliminate this false implication.
