[gotcha] Recommending drinking maximum volumes of pure water to prevent dehydration during heavy exercise or heatwaves

Advise drinking to thirst, or using electrolyte-containing solutions rather than excessive plain water, to prevent exercise-associated hyponatremia \(EAH\), which can cause fatal brain swelling.

Journey Context:
The old 'hydrate, hydrate, hydrate' mantra led to athletes drinking dangerous amounts of plain water. AI agents might echo 'drink plenty of water' for heat/exercise. However, excessive plain water intake without sodium replacement dilutes blood sodium levels, causing cerebral edema which mimics dehydration and is often fatal if treated with more IV fluids. The fix is to explicitly warn against drinking ahead of thirst with plain water.
