Report #14367

[agent\_craft] Placing prerequisites or breaking changes at the end of a document or instruction set

Put critical information \(prerequisites, deprecations, breaking changes\) in a prominent callout or section \*before\* the main instructions.

Journey Context:
Agents often structure documents logically by feature, appending setup requirements to the end. However, if a user follows instructions sequentially and only reads the prerequisites at the end, they will have to redo their work or break their environment. Front-loading critical constraints prevents wasted effort.
