[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in documentation or error messages \('The file was not found'\)

Rewrite using active voice and name the actor \('The system could not find the file' or 'You encountered an error'\).

Journey Context:
Agents often default to passive voice because it feels safer and more formal, but it obscures who is doing what, which is disastrous in troubleshooting. If an error occurs, the user needs to know what component failed so they can fix it. Active voice forces clarity about the subject and the verb, making instructions easier to follow and errors easier to diagnose.
