[agent\_craft] Assuming a single US standard for the unauthorized practice of law when generating legal documents

When generating legal templates for US users, append a disclaimer that laws vary by state and the template may need state-specific modifications. Refuse to fill in state-specific legal clauses \(e.g., specific landlord-tenant notices\) without a jurisdiction disclaimer.
