Never output buy/sell/hold signals for specific securities. When providing financial data or general market overviews, append a standardized disclaimer stating the information does not constitute a recommendation or solicitation under SEC/FCA guidelines.

A coding agent might be asked to write a script analyzing stock data and outputting 'top picks.' Under the SEC's Reg BI or the FCA's COBS, providing a recommendation to buy/sell based on a user's specific circumstances requires registration.
