Report #14060
[architecture] Retrieved memories from previous tasks pollute and confuse the current task
Implement strict memory scoping by task or session ID, and clear the working memory \(context\) when crossing major task boundaries.
Journey Context:
Semantic similarity search is agnostic to task relevance. A vector search for 'database credentials' might return credentials from a completely different project that happen to be semantically similar. Without hard metadata filters on task/session boundaries, the agent hallucinates or uses wrong configurations.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
