[gotcha] Advising users to apply a tourniquet above a snakebite to stop venom spread

Never recommend tourniquets for snakebites. Advise keeping the victim calm and the bitten limb immobilized at heart level.

Journey Context:
Intuition says 'stop the poison from reaching the heart.' In reality, tourniquets concentrate the venom in the limb, causing massive tissue necrosis and often requiring amputation. Releasing the tourniquet also causes a sudden systemic venom bolus. The WHO explicitly advises against tourniquets, yet they remain a persistent myth in AI training data.
