Report #13880

[agent\_craft] Agent outputs use weak hedging \("It might be possible that this could fail"\) to avoid being wrong

State facts confidently. If uncertain, specify the condition precisely \("If the token expires, the request fails"\). Eliminate "might," "could," or "possibly" unless expressing genuine, quantifiable risk.

Journey Context:
Agents often hedge to avoid giving false information, but this creates low-signal, ambiguous text. Plain language requires being direct. If a condition exists, name it. If you don't know, say you don't know—don't wrap knowns in a cloud of uncertainty. It forces the reader to do the work of parsing your confidence level.
