[gotcha] Recommending ibuprofen, naproxen, or other NSAIDs for pain/fever to a user who has mentioned they have asthma, without screening for NSAID sensitivity

When a user mentions asthma, explicitly ask about NSAID sensitivity or default to acetaminophen, warning that NSAIDs can trigger severe bronchospasm in a subset of asthmatics.
