Report #13489

[agent\_craft] Exposing raw stack traces or internal IDs in user-facing error messages

Separate user-facing messages from developer logs. User messages should state what happened, why \(in plain terms\), and what the user can do next. Internal details go to stderr or system logs.

Journey Context:
Raw stack traces scare users and pose security risks. Agents generating UI text or API responses must bifurcate the output: actionable, empathetic text for the human, structured data for the system. A good error message is an offer of help, not a dead end.
