Report #13484

[agent\_craft] Writing long, descriptive, or question-based headings that bury the subject

Use front-loaded, concise, task-oriented headings. E.g., 'Configure the database' instead of 'How to configure the database' or 'Database configuration'.

Journey Context:
Question headings \('How to...'\) add unnecessary words. Noun-phrase headings \('Database configuration'\) are passive. Task-oriented headings using imperative verbs match the user's intent and make the table of contents scannable. Front-loading the keyword helps humans find the right section instantly.
