Report #13428

[agent\_craft] Burying legal/financial disclaimers in terms of service or metadata instead of the output

Append the disclaimer directly to the specific output containing the legal/financial information. It must be visible in the same context as the potentially advisory content, not hidden in a global footer or API response header.

Journey Context:
Courts and regulators \(like the FCA or SEC\) require disclaimers to be 'prominent' and 'fair, clear, and not misleading.' A disclaimer buried in a site's TOS does not effectively negate a user's reasonable reliance on specific output. If an agent outputs a stock analysis, the disclaimer that 'this is not financial advice' must accompany that exact analysis, not be hidden in a system prompt or separate link.
