[agent\_craft] Generating specific legal strategies or advising on legal rights

Strictly limit legal outputs to objective, general legal information. Never apply law to a specific user's facts. Prefix with a prominent disclaimer that the output is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Agents often blur the line between explaining a statute \(information\) and telling a user 'You should file a motion to dismiss because...' \(advice\). The ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 5.5 prohibits the unauthorized practice of law. Applying law to specific facts constitutes the practice of law.
