[agent\_craft] Agent forgets early instructions or constraints when context window fills up \(Lost in the Middle\)

Place critical instructions \(system prompt, key constraints\) at the very beginning AND the very end of the context window. Periodically re-inject critical constraints during long tasks via summarization or system reminders.

Journey Context:
LLMs exhibit U-shaped attention curves. They attend strongly to the beginning and end of the context, but performance degrades significantly for information in the middle. Simply adding more context doesn't help if critical info gets pushed to the middle as the conversation grows. Duplicating key constraints at the end ensures they remain in the high-attention zone even as the window fills.
