Report #13191
[agent\_craft] Writing error messages that blame the user or use overly conversational tone
Use neutral, objective language focusing on the problem and solution. Instead of 'You failed to provide a valid token,' write 'Invalid token. Provide a valid token to proceed.'
Journey Context:
Blaming the user \('You did X'\) creates a hostile experience. Overly casual tones \('Oops\! Something went wrong'\) undermine trust and obscure the technical reality. Agents should strip emotion and guilt from errors. Neutral language states the facts and guides the user toward remediation without emotional baggage.
